The Treasurer's Office accepts payments for real estate taxes*, personal property taxes and landfill fees, motor vehicle license fees, and also issues dog licenses.

*Elderly and handicapped homeowners may be eligible for real estate tax relief. If you think you may qualify, please contact the Commissioner of the Revenue.

You may use the payment drop box located in the Courthouse parking lot for check or money order payments. NO CASH, PLEASE. When paying by mail, at the office or drop box, please provide the office portion of the tax statement with your payment. If you pay by mail or drop box and would like a receipt, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Credit card payments may be made by internet or by telephone at 1-800-2PAY-TAX (Jurisdiction Code 1088). The following credit cards are accepted:

  • Receive notification of convenience
  • Confirm payment
  • Receive receipt number
